General Terms and Conditions Beauty Surprise Box

1. Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Beauty Surprise Box: the company that sells beauty surprise boxes via the webshop.
  • Customer: any natural person or legal entity placing an order via the webshop.
  • Agreement: any agreement between Beauty Surprise Box and the customer.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the Beauty Surprise Box webshop.

By placing an order, the customer declares to agree with these terms and conditions.


3. Products

Beauty Surprise Box sells surprise boxes with beauty and personal care products.

The content of each box may vary and is not fully disclosed in advance. Images on the website are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual content.

Beauty Surprise Box aims to deliver a much higher retail value than the selling price of the box.


4. Prices

All prices on the webshop are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Beauty Surprise Box reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.


5. Payment

Payment must be made in full via the payment methods offered on the webshop.

An order will be processed after payment has been successfully received.


6. Delivery

Beauty Surprise Box aims to ship within the delivery time stated on the website.

Delays by carriers or unforeseen circumstances do not entitle the customer to compensation.

The customer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address.


7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Due to the surprise nature of the box, the legal right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging is unopened and unused.

Returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt.

After approval of the return, the customer will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

The costs for return shipment are for the account of the customer, unless there is an error on the part of Beauty Surprise Box.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If an order is delivered damaged or does not correspond to the order, the customer must report this to customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

Beauty Surprise Box will then offer a suitable solution.


9. Liability

Beauty Surprise Box is not liable for damage resulting from the use of products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

Customers must always check the ingredient list and instructions for use of the products before use.


10. Allergies and Skin Reactions

Beauty Surprise Box cannot guarantee that products are suitable for every skin type or allergy.

The customer remains responsible for checking ingredients and safely using products.


11. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, designs and other content on the website are the property of Beauty Surprise Box or are used with permission of the rightful owner.

It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use these without written permission.


12. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of Beauty Surprise Box and used exclusively for processing orders and customer service.


13. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via the contact details on the webshop.

Beauty Surprise Box aims to respond to complaints within 7 days.


14. Applicable Law

All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
