Return and Refund Policy

At Beauty Surprise Box, we strive for satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can make use of the return and refund conditions below.

Return period

You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receipt.

After registration, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The Beauty Surprise Box must be unopened.
• The seal, if present, must be intact.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Beauty Surprise Box reserves the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.

Exceptions

Due to the surprise nature of the box, opened or used boxes cannot be returned.

Individual products from a box cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

Have you received a damaged box or is something missing from your order? Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos of any damage

We will offer a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation.

Upon approval, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used to place the order.

Any shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error on the part of Beauty Surprise Box.

Return costs

The costs for returning an order are for the customer's account, unless it concerns a damaged or incorrectly delivered order.

We aim to answer all questions within 7 days.
